Integração entre desenvolvimento urbano, preservação patrimonial e sustentabilidade: perspectivas de ESG e responsabilidade social empresarial
Resumo
Este artigo apresenta uma análise integrada dos principais desafios e perspectivas relacionados à interface entre desenvolvimento urbano, preservação patrimonial e práticas sustentáveis, com ênfase na responsabilidade social empresarial (RSE) e nos critérios ESG. Utilizando metodologia de revisão bibliográfica sistemática, foram investigados conceitos fundamentais, marcos regulatórios, práticas de governança, além de conflitos e soluções regulatórias no contexto brasileiro e internacional. O estudo evidenciou a importância do planejamento urbano participativo, da inovação tecnológica e das parcerias público-privadas para a promoção de uma gestão sustentável e inclusiva. Recomenda-se a ampliação de pesquisas empíricas e o desenvolvimento de indicadores integrados para avaliação do desempenho ESG em áreas urbanas, visando alinhar estratégias empresariais e políticas públicas aos objetivos globais de desenvolvimento sustentável.
