Integração entre desenvolvimento urbano, preservação patrimonial e sustentabilidade: perspectivas de ESG e responsabilidade social empresarial

Resumo

Este artigo apresenta uma análise integrada dos principais desafios e perspectivas relacionados à interface entre desenvolvimento urbano, preservação patrimonial e práticas sustentáveis, com ênfase na responsabilidade social empresarial (RSE) e nos critérios ESG. Utilizando metodologia de revisão bibliográfica sistemática, foram investigados conceitos fundamentais, marcos regulatórios, práticas de governança, além de conflitos e soluções regulatórias no contexto brasileiro e internacional. O estudo evidenciou a importância do planejamento urbano participativo, da inovação tecnológica e das parcerias público-privadas para a promoção de uma gestão sustentável e inclusiva. Recomenda-se a ampliação de pesquisas empíricas e o desenvolvimento de indicadores integrados para avaliação do desempenho ESG em áreas urbanas, visando alinhar estratégias empresariais e políticas públicas aos objetivos globais de desenvolvimento sustentável.

Giovanna Martins Sampaio, Universidade Federal da Bahia

Possui graduação em Direito pela Universidade Federal da Bahia, UFBA (2018), com período sanduíche na Universidade de Coimbra (2014-2016). Licenciatura em Direito pela Universidade de Coimbra, Portugal. Mestranda no PROFNIT - Programa de Pós-graduação em Propriedade Intelectual e Transferência de Tecnologia para Inovação, UFBA (início em 2019); Mestrado em Direito LLM pela Universidade Livre de Bruxelas, Bélgica (presencial, 2019/2020), em International Business Law; Membro de grupos de pesquisa junto à Faculdade de Direito da UFBA em Propriedade Intelectual.

Bruno dos Passos Assis, SENAR/BA

Possui Graduação em Agronomia (2004), Especialização em Biocombustíveis (2010), Especialização em Direito do Agronegócio (2024), Mestrado e Doutorado em Produção Vegetal (2013 e 2019 respectivamente), na área de Solos e Nutrição de Plantas pela Universidade Estadual de Santa Cruz - Ilhéus. Supervisor de Cursos de Formação Profissional do SENAR/BA, que abrange o acompanhamento, o controle e a avaliação das atividades técnicas e de ensino/aprendizagem, objetivando assegurar um padrão de qualidade nacional. 

João Antonio Belmino dos Santos, Universidade Federal de Sergipe

Possui Graduação em Química Industrial pela Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (1997), Mestrado em Engenharia Química pela Universidade Federal de Campina Grande (2000) e Doutorado em Engenharia de Processos pela Universidade Federal de Campina Grande (2007). Professor/ Pesquisador da Universidade Federal de Sergipe - Departamento de Tecnologia de Alimentos (DTA/UFS), e docente permanente do Programa de Pós-Graduação Stricto Sensu em Ciência da Propriedade Intelectual (PPGPI - Mestrado e Doutorado).
