Abstract

Study that aims to analyze the fixing of compensation for moral damage andsuggest, based on the two-phase method established in the jurisprudence of the Superior Courtof Justice, the application of the inflation index as an objective criterion for fixing the compensation value. The research carried out is theoretical, bibliographic, exploratory and descriptive. In addition, it is based on the case-by-case hypothesis related to the undue denial of the consumer's name. The possibility of applying the inflation index was verified as a means of avoiding or minimizing the reiteration of derisory convictions.

Possui graduação em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás (2010). Atualmente é Assessor Jurídico de Desembargador da Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Goiás.
