Posthumanism and artificial intelligence: the impacts on human rights in the tightening human-machine relationship

Abstract

This article aims to study the re-signification of human concepts through post-human thinking and its contributions to the growing interaction between humans and robots. It starts from the hypothesis that it is necessary to overcome the dualistic paradigm in order to rethink human rights in the face of new relationships. It then discusses the conceptual transformations of the post-humanism movement and the advance of artificial intelligence. It also demonstrates the deconstruction of the concept of the human based on the ideals of the posthuman and new technologies, dualism, post-dualism and the role of robots in the relationship between humans and machines. As well as the impact on human rights of interactions between humans and robots and ways of overcoming the dualistic notion. Its emphasis is on the bibliography of Francesca Ferrando, Agripino Santos and Stefano Rodotà, as well as other authors and researchers on the subject. Methodologically, this is exploratory research, with a hypothetical-deductive procedure, a qualitative and transdisciplinary approach and a bibliographic review research technique.
