The fledgling company law codes of the nineteenth century (1829. 1885) and the first special laws. The corporate laws of the twentieth century: a) The Laws of corporations and limited partnerships in 1951 and 1953. b) The large corporate reform following the entry of Spain into the EEC: the TR of the Companies Act 1989; the LSRL 1995; RRM 1996. Subsequent developments: a) The main reforms. b) The Law on structural modifications of commercial companies, 2009. The recasting of the Spanish Corporate Law: the TR Capital Companies Act 2010. a) Meaning and content. b) Reforms TR LSC until today. Company Law in the Draft Commercial Code of 2014: Book II.
