This article discusses the challenges of implementing digital government in Brazil, the existing normative framework, and the challenges of the population's interaction with digital interfaces. It aims to problematize issues related to the regulation of networks and the increased use prompted by bureaucratic platformization, while also questioning whether the current regulations will be capable of inducing the development of new technologies and virtuous economic cycles.
