Abstract

Appropriate conflict management is understood by the practice of conducting and resolving conflicts, promoted by the use of the method that best meets the particularities of the specific case. The research intends to understand how the proper management of labor conflicts takes place in the jurisdiction of the Labor Courts of Itumbiara (GO), from November 29, 2018 to November 29, 2020. Its specific objective is to analyze public policy judiciary for the proper management of conflicts as an instrument to stimulate regional and social development; diagnose the disputes in the TRT18 database, jurisdiction of Itumbiara, services sector. This is a descriptive and exploratory research, with a quali-quantitative approach, which uses the inductive method. As for the methodological procedures, it uses bibliographical research; document analysis of data from the Labor Court of the 18th Region and field research aimed at conducting semi-structured interviews with lawyers, parties, conciliators and managers of CEJUSC, aiming at the perception of the methods used in the body. To give theoretical support to the development of the work, will be used, among others, Barbosa (2018); Brito (2018); Cappelletti; Garth (1988); Delgado (2011); Frantz (2016); Goretti (2019 and 2021); Mancuso (2018); Pereira (2011); Santos (2011); Secchi (2011); Watanabe (2011 and 2019). Finally, the importance of understanding labor conflicts and establishing repeated causes is highlighted, creating instruments for quick resolution, in line with the public policy for the adequate management of labor.
