This article discusses the relationship that Amartya Sen established for a better understanding of some concepts that impact “development freedom”, such as poverty, misery, well-being and hunger. These intermediary forms of coordination represent all local institutions and bodies and have the purpose of social and productive regulation within a territory: representations of civil society, business fabric and public power.
